1. Product Overview
The WONE PBW-61E is a boot washing machine designed for food processing plants, wet production areas and heavy-contamination environments.
It removes grease, blood, food residue, mud, slime and other stubborn dirt from the external surfaces of work boots.
The PBW-61E combines six rotating brushes, high-pressure spray nozzles, water and dedicated cleaning detergent in one cleaning process. Four horizontal brushes clean the sides and boot shafts, while two bottom brushes target the soles and slip-resistant grooves.
In addition, automatic sensing starts the cleaning process when a worker enters the passage. Workers simply walk through the machine, with no button operation or bending required.
As a result, the PBW-61E suits meat and poultry processing, slaughterhouses, seafood processing, livestock facilities, central kitchen pre-processing areas and other wet production environments.
2.Key Features
Six-Brush Cleaning System
The PBW-61E uses 4 horizontal brushes and 2 bottom brushes to clean boot uppers, sides, soles and tread grooves.
15° Inclined Brush Design
The 15° brush arrangement follows the shape of work boots and improves brush contact with the boot surface.
High-Pressure Spray
High-pressure spray works with the brushes to remove grease, blood, food residue, slime and other heavy contamination.
Automatic Pass-Through Cleaning
The sensor detects the worker and starts the cleaning cycle automatically. The two-way pass-through design allows workers to enter from either side without stopping to operate the machine.
Three Cleaning Modes
The i-clean smart controller provides Economic Wash, Powerful Wash and Custom Wash for different contamination levels and cleaning requirements.
Integrated Detergent System
The built-in 5 L detergent tank automatically doses detergent according to the selected cleaning mode and provides a low-level reminder.
Hygienic & Easy-to-Maintain Design
The machine uses 304 stainless steel, automatic welding and dry-wet separation. The brushes and debris filter can be removed easily for routine cleaning.
3. How It Works
The boot washing machine combines detergent, rotating brushes, water and high-pressure spray in one cleaning process.
1. Enter
First, the worker enters the passage. The sensor detects the person and starts the machine automatically.
2. Brush Cleaning
Next, four horizontal brushes clean the boot uppers and sides, while two bottom brushes clean the soles and tread grooves.
3. Detergent Cleaning
At the same time, the machine supplies the required amount of dedicated boot cleaning detergent according to the selected mode.
4. High-Pressure Rinsing
The high-pressure spray then helps remove loosened grease, blood, residue and other stubborn contamination.
5. Wastewater Discharge
After cleaning, the drainage system carries dirty water and debris away from the cleaning area.
The machine uses fresh water for cleaning rather than recirculating dirty water, which helps reduce the risk of contamination from reused water.
6. Continue Walking
Finally, the worker exits the machine without stopping for manual operation.
As a result, the cleaning process fits naturally into normal personnel movement.

Installation Requirements
WONE pre-assembles and tests the PBW-61E before shipment.
You normally do not need to drill the floor or install anchor bolts. Simply position the machine, connect the water supply, drainage and AC 220V power, and prepare it for operation.
With a width of 955 mm, the machine can pass through standard workshop doors in most facilities.
The adjustable leveling feet help operators position the machine securely, while bottom casters make repositioning easier when required.
5.Where Is the PBW-61E Used?
The PBW-61E is designed for wet production areas with heavy footwear contamination and frequent personnel movement.
It is mainly used in:
Meat & Poultry Processing
Suitable for slaughtering, cutting and other wet processing areas where boots may carry blood, fat, meat residue and organic contamination.
Seafood Processing
Suitable for wet processing areas where workers’ boots can pick up slime, fish residue, scales and process water.
Livestock Facilities
Suitable for areas where boots are exposed to mud, manure and soil before workers enter controlled production areas.
Central Kitchen Pre-Processing
Suitable for raw-material receiving, meat processing and other wet pre-processing areas with grease, food residue and wastewater.
Recommended Installation Points
The PBW-61E is typically installed at hygiene transition points, such as:
Heavy-contamination area → PBW-61E → Cleaner area
Changing room → PBW-61E → Boot disinfection → Production area
For heavy contamination, boot cleaning should generally come before disinfection to remove dirt and organic residue from the footwear surface.
